Southern Flavors Coming to Folsom with Belly BBQ

Folsom will soon welcome Belly BBQ, a Southern-style barbecue restaurant opening in May.

Marcus and Katie Randolph, founders of Belly BBQ, aim to bring a taste of Georgia to the Sacramento area. Marcus, a self-proclaimed pitmaster, plans to serve up authentic barbecue smoked in a 1,000-gallon smoker alongside traditional sides like macaroni and cheese, cornbread, and greens.

The Randolphs' venture promises to share their family's Southern heritage and the welcoming spirit of Folsom, offering a diverse addition to the local food scene.

Folsom's Festival of Eggs: An Easter Celebration

Folsom's Lembi Park is set to host the annual Festival of Eggs on Saturday, March 30, for children 10 and under, and their families.

The event will feature a pancake breakfast, kiddie carnival games, and various hands-on activities. A highlight for children will be the Bunny Trail, where they can collect eggs and goodies, concluding with a special Easter Bunny photo shoot. Completing the trail earns them entry into a special egg hunt, with the chance to win a coveted Golden Egg Prize.

The festival provides an excellent opportunity to celebrate Easter and get involved by volunteering at the egg-stuffing event on March 27.

📸 How to Boost Home Value with Photography

While selling your home may be a "Kodak Moment," a Kodak camera isn't going to get you there. Here's why professional, high-quality photography is essential in today's real estate market:

  • Capture Attention Instantly: With 97% of homebuyers starting their search online, your first impression is crucial. Make it count with high-quality photography.

  • Superior Quality: Professional equipment and expertise mean sharper, more appealing images, ensuring your home grabs attention.

  • More Views, Quicker Sales: Research shows that listings with professional photos see 61% more views and sell 32% faster.

  • Financially Smart: Homes with professional photos sell for $3,400 to $11,200 more on average. It's not just about selling your home, it's about maximizing your profit.

  • Save Time: Selling a home is time-consuming. Let a professional handle the photography while you focus on everything else.

  • Wider Reach: Social media plays a big role in home sales, and high-quality images are shared more often, increasing visibility.

  • Elevate Your Listing: Professional photography does more than document your home; it presents your property in the best possible light, attracting buyers, and securing sales.

Invest in professional photography to showcase your home in its best light. Elevate those first impressions and watch as interest soars.
