Fresh Bagels Daily at “Big Apple Bagels”

Folsom residents have a new spot for breakfast and lunch with the opening of Big Apple Bagels on East Bidwell Street.

Big Apple Bagels stands out with its commitment to quality, baking fresh bagels in the shop every day.

When we began our journey in El Dorado Hills we knew that it was important to us to provide a product that we believe in. We are beyond excited to open our second location in our hometown of Folsom” said Stacy Walters, one of the owners.

To celebrate its grand opening, the Folsom branch is partnering with Dream Catchers EDH, donating a dozen bagels for every dozen sold through March 9th. Dream Catchers EDH is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Trailblazing Women of Country Concert

The Harris Center for the Arts in Folsom will host a special tribute concert, Trailblazing Women of Country: A Tribute to Patsy, Loretta, and Dolly, on March 8.

This event celebrates the monumental contributions of Patsy Cline, Loretta Lynn, and Dolly Parton to country music and their role in paving the way for future generations of female artists.

Featuring performances by Miko Marks, CMT's 2022 Next Woman of Country, and Nashville-based singer Kristina Train, accompanied by an all-female band, the concert promises an evening of empowerment, nostalgia, and timeless music.

Eat pastries and paint teacups for a cause!

The Folsom community is coming together for a noble cause with the "Pastries and Pastels – Paint to Empower Women & Children" event on March 17 at the Folsom Community Center.

Organized by the Hands4Hope – Youth Making A Difference Youth Board, this event aims to support the Powerhouse Ministries Women and Children’s Center and Hands4Hope Education Programs.

Attendees will enjoy a serene environment filled with pastries from local businesses and the unique opportunity to paint their own tea cups!

Tickets are available online for $25, with the goal to raise $10,000. This family-friendly event not only promises a delightful experience but also supports women and children facing poverty, homelessness, and other challenges.

🏘️ Real Benefits of a Virtual Tour

A virtual home tour lets potential buyers explore every corner of your home. More than just a "nice to have", virtual home tours should be a cornerstone of your selling plan.

  • Broader Buyer Pool: Virtual tours transcend geographical limits, making your property accessible worldwide, 24/7. This global showroom significantly increases your potential buyer base.

  • Engagement and Detail: Unlike static images, virtual tours offer an immersive experience. Properties with virtual tours see up to 87% more views, proving that buyers appreciate the ability to explore a home in detail at their own pace.

  • Low Disruption: Say goodbye to constant cleanups for showings. Virtual tours are always on, allowing buyers to visit without disrupting your schedule, saving you both time and money.

  • Cost-Effective: It might seem complicated and expensive, but creating a virtual tour is affordable and offers a high return on investment. It is even easier if you get your Realtor to help you stage, film, and promote it.

  • Filter Out Casual Lookers: With a comprehensive view available online, only genuinely interested buyers are likely to request in-person showings. This makes the selling process more efficient.

  • Spotlight Property Features: Virtual tours allow you to share the best aspects of your property in high definition. Put your key selling points front and center.

  • Get Social: Virtual tours are easily shared on social media and can quickly increase your property's visibility. Make it easy for potential buyers to bump into your beautiful home online.

Virtual home tours not only save time and attract a wider audience but also present properties in their best light. They are a must for a swift and profitable sale.
